What’s the catch?

Segments of the app are composed in Rust, but prior knowledge of the language is not required. We encourage the development and exploration of new skills at Mullvad, so you will have the opportunity to learn/work with Rust, Swift, TypeScript, and other languages to improve the app on other platforms if you wish.

We value quality more than quantity and prefer long-term solutions to quick fixes. We also believe in the importance of teamwork and thus value everyone’s opinions and ideas. It is critical to us that everyone feels included and enjoys coming to work. This is why we have a free lunch for the entire company every Tuesday, as well as ice cream breaks and after-work activities.
